Absolute's Commissions

I have the right to decline any request that I'm not comfortable with.

All drawings will have a watermark/signature that you may not remove, it will be as subtle yet visible as possible.

Prices and TOS are subject to change, I will state it publicly in this Carrd or any place I have posted these commissions.

Every detail about the commission must be discussed over in private socials messages and Discord DMS.

If you disagree with my prices or any of the terms, do not bring your complaints to me and move along, these will not be specially arranged or changed unless said changes are made by me alone and stated publicly.

I will be doing updates on progress with each art phase; once the changes were revisited on the current phase you can not ask for any changes on past art phases, I will also let you know when your commission has been started.

You are allowed to ask for updates on the commission as long as they are not constant and/or in short periods of time, you are using my time to work on the piece.

I am obligated to let you know if there are any issues regarding the slowness of the process of the commission, let it be personal life or lack of information, so make sure to keep in touch through DMS.

Estimated turnaround time can be placed around 1-2 weeks, I ask you for your patience and to not try to rush the process as I may be busy during the work time.

If you fail to reply to messages asking for information after 3+ days, there will be high chance the commission will not be prioritized or even be discarded unless there's justification.

There are days I will not be able to update as I have some personal matters on the side, I ask for patience and trust that the piece will be delivered.

Commission money will be divided in pays of 50% each (50% upfront and 50% by completion) or 100% upfront.

Strict no refund policy; once the payment is through, it's prohibited to demand for a refund unless the comission is abruptly cancelled.

Payment will be made through Paypal or Ko-Fi and in USD only, no other pay method, currency or platform will be accepted unless I state it publicly.

Do not send any money before we have stated the commission will be done, I work in batches and won't be responsible for lost money at trying to secure a spot.

After the commission is done I still keep some of the rights to the artwork therefore being able to post it on social media, promote myself with it and display it with permission and the correspondant watermarks.

Do not erase signatures or watermarks from the finished product.

You will be allowed to use the art piece for personal use, it is prohibited to use my art for commercial work such as selling and promoting (that can be discussed) and if used publicly with permission you must credit me with any of my social media profiles.

Any doubts regarding proper usage of media can be discussed privately, don't be afraid to message me asking for permission or questions about this!
